Position Title: Recreation Therapist
Position Description: The Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora Colorado is seeking a Recreation Therapist for a full-time position!
We are an 80 bed (and soon to be expanding) facility specializing in inpatient and outpatient mental health care for Adolescents, Adults, and Older Adults aged 65+.
The Recreation Therapist is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy facilitation working alongside a team of Recreation, Music, and Art Therapists.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor degree in Therapeutic Recreation
CTRS or eligible to sit for exam.
New grads welcome.
Experience in a mental health setting preferred.
