Chill’s core youth development program revolves around a six-week curriculum that uses snowboarding to teach life skills and increase self-esteem in underserved youth between the ages of 10-18. Their six weekly themes; patience, persistence, responsibility, courage, respect, and pride, provide a framework for learning and personal growth.
Chill is currently hiring for the Seattle Manager position!
The Chill Seattle Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of a remote, year-round program and fundraising site, serving 100 Seattle youth annually.
The Chill Seattle Manager reports to their National Manager based in Burlington, VT.
