JOB POSTING – Highgate Senior Living, Life Enhancement Coordinator
Highgate Senior Living, a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community, is seeking a qualified candidate to lead our Life Enhancement team. This person would plan, oversee and execute all of our signature programming components. Additionally, you would lead our team of heart-driven life enhancement specialists to provide engaging and purposeful activities to residents with and without memory impairment.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in assisted living, memory care or long-term care. They will have knowledge in dealing with all stages of memory loss and at least two years of experience working with senior citizens. Experience teaching/training others, multi-tasking and familiarity with dementia are a must.
This individual must be vibrant, have a passion for serving seniors, be an advocate for elder adults, be proactive, self-motivated, and professional.
