This exciting job opportunity at the American Lake campus of VA Puget Sound, located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This historic campus sits on the shores of American Lake, just 20 minutes from downtown Tacoma, with stunning views of Mount Rainier and bald eagles nesting in the old-growth fir trees overhead. It’s also just an hour south of our Seattle campus.
VA Puget Sound’s reach extends beyond Western Washington, and we’re proud to serve as a regional hub for several specialized programs, including our Blind Rehabilitation Center, Regional Amputation Center, and Polytrauma Network Site. We’re also home to an MS Center of Excellence, and offer a full spectrum of rehabilitation care services, from inpatient and outpatient rehab to long-term care in our Community Living Center (CLC).
We are currently seeking a Recreation Therapist to join our team in the CLC. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse and distinguished Veteran population. As our programs continue to grow, there are also opportunities to collaborate across the Rehab Care service line, supporting a wide range of patient populations and clinical specialties.
