Camp High Hopes, for children, teens, and adults with special needs and disabilities, seeks recent graduate interested in developing Therapeutic Recreation skills. The Program Fellow furthers the mission of the camp by developing and delivering dynamic, adaptive activities to campers while developing skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating TR activities under the supervision of a CTRS. Ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent. Prior experience with adaptive recreation, personal care, and behavior management for people with disabilities is required. This one-year contract includes weekly compensation of $350, health insurance, housing, and limited meals. Schedule varies with weekday, weekend, evening, and overnight /on-call work required.
