Job Knowledge/Productivity
1-3 years experience Required. Completes position responsibilities by following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate  time frame.

Education Requirements
Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS) preferred. Bachelor’s degree required in B.S or related field. Maintains education and development appropriate for position.

Mental and Emotional Requirements
Manage stress appropriately.
Make decisions under pressure.
Manager anger/fear/hostility violence of other appropriately.
Handle multiple priorities.
Work alone.

Physical Requirements
The minimum requires of this position require the individual to:
Stand for 1 hour per day.
Sit for 2 hour(s) per day.
Walk for 1/2 hour per day.
Hear alarms, telephone, tape recordings, and normal speaking voices.
Have good manual dexterity.
Have good eye-hand-foot coordination.
Have clairty of vision;  Near = <20″, Mid = >20″- <20′, Far = >20′

Communication/Interpersonal Skills
Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication.  Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
