Erinn Unger Jessop

Erinn Unger Jessop earned her BA in Therapeutic Recreation from Eastern Washington University after spending nearly 10 years as a journalist and blogger. Erinn completed her internship on the spinal cord injury unit at St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute in Spokane, where her favorite sessions involved getting messy in the garden with patients, crafting adaptive devices from Coband bandages and losing at Wii golf. Erinn has worked as a recreation leader with Spokane's Therapeutic Recreation Services, previously served as WSTRA's Eastern Washington University Student Representative and serves as an editor for the ATRA newsletter. Erinn enjoys hiking and backpacking with her husband, Jonathan, and their terrier, Tommy the Dog. She also dabbles in watercolor, cross country skiing, yoga and cooking vegan delights.
